1 there are  characters  from video games
2. they can have as much as 30 hp can't go over

3. you can do 2 hp down on 1 character , 1 hp up on 1 character while dealing 1 damage on another, 1 hp down on two different onor, 2 hp up on another
4. once they reach 0 they are out
5. once a round is over anyone can make a new list with the hp of all characters the same it can be between 1-20

sorry i dont get it so we make a character like mario 30 then the other players can take or give hp to it and when it dies a new character from the list is basically summoned?
