I'M not that big on soccer. But my favorite team would have to be Manchester city. Don't ask me why, I just like them.

   I'm from the U.S but most of my family is either Spanish or Mexican.
  I like a lot of the players on FC Barcelona, but i prefer Madrid as a team. Also Iker Casillas is my favorite goalkeeper.  I haven't been keeping up with football as much as I'd like to though

Ever since I played FIFA 06 I've been into Soccer/Football.  I watched a few games and got into Celtic and since then I've loved them.  I even saw them when they came to Fenway park to play against FC Porto.   As far as the Dutch, its all because of my grandfather who came to this country from the Netherlands

A little off topic but still pertains to futbol I mean soccer haha.......Props to the USMNT for destroying Antigua......not the hardest test but away in the Caribbean the atmosphere can be dicey.....fans, weather......

No I guess if your not totally into soccer USMNT means.....United States Mens National Team.  The Antigua game was very important because it was a qualifier for the World Cup in Brazil 2014.  

Well, when it comes to the World Cup and the Olympics, I always cheer for the United States teams; the USA women's soccer team has just been amazing over the years; Hope Solo, Abby Wambach, Alex Morgan... The Men's USA soccer team was amazing last world cup I saw, but I think they have dwindled down considering they did not make the Olympics this year, but I still admire Landon Donovan.

I also cheer for North American teams such as Canada and Mexico, since I consider them also on our "side" so to speak. From there, I tend to wait and see how the other teams play before choosing sides. For instance, at the Olympics, I happened to like England's male soccer team. Even if they lost, they had some amazing plays and players! I also was rooting for Japan's male team at first, but when they were playing Egypt, I noticed self-entitled some of the players were and just stopped liking them.

Meanwhile, Japan's women's team was just AMAZING! I was all right with them beating USA in the World Cup; they deserved it and USA had seemed to have choked. I also enjoyed the match in the Olympics where I would have been all right if Japan beat USA again, but of course still wanted USA to win (and they did).

I also happened to like Uruguay's national men's team mainly for one player; Luis Suarez. He used a desperate move to get his team into the World Cup's semi-finals and it paid off! I do not care for his attitude, but admire his gaming.

Now when it comes to leagues and such, I do not get to catch many, so I usually root for teams that have players I know and like. So for English premier league, I root for Chelsea because Daniel Sturridge is on the team, and Liverpool because Luis Suarez is on that team. I only caught a few games this year, though, and noticed Chelsea lost their first two games of the season. I am not so much a die hard right now though since I have not been able to catch the games; World Cup and Olympics was easier to schedule for.

Since I live in America, I still root for Spain! Espanol!

I am from the States but historically I come from a Mexican family. So I like Toluca FC from Mexico, Houston Dynamo from USA and in Europe I like Bayern Mun. and as far as a national team I really liked the way South Africa was playing, but they were cheated out from the cup, but if anything I think Holland and Germany should have made it to the Finals. I wasn't impressed by Spain, and still am not impressed.

I support Newcastle United from the English Premier League and on a local level Blyth Spartans.
I also always look out to see how Boca Juniors from Argentina are getting on as well as Juventus in Italy's Serie A.
On an international level I being English of course support England but I also look out for the scores of Brazil and Holland. I have also started looking out to see how Zambia are doing. After watching them win the African Cup of Nations playing some fantastic attacking, free flowing football. It was a real delight to watch a team going all out like that.

In the British Premier League I was born and raised to be a faithful fan of Liverpool Football Club.
In the Spanish league I am a big supporter of Barcelona, I guess I was raised as a fan of them as well.
On a national basis I am a big fan of the Brazilian national team, they play with beautiful style.

Oddball alert! I like the Vancouver Whitecaps, hometown team. I also like England on a national level.
