I was thinking about it and I was thinking maybe I'm too nice to some people. I'm not talking generally about being nice and kind but I'm talking about the rule breakers who I catch. I just tell them not to do It and let them off. Then they eventually do it again and break the rules. So should I toughen up or am I just too nice to people?
