Things to improve (constructive criticism)
-The host should be very very active
-Maybe go back torwards traditional MM, like the ones DH held.
-Deadlines. Set them. Anyone who doesn't meet them is penalized.

Again, that's just my two cents. I figure it can only help going forward.
