I have yet to see a person with either eye tattoos or horns so I'd say that they're both comparably taboo. I've seen forked tongues before, however, skin hooks seems kind of random. I'd probably say skin hooks. I'm sure that people of other cultures and experiences would see this differently.

I wish I could comment on what the other people are seeing in the videos, though.. bummer.
I have no "issues" with body modification. I find it very interesting, in some cases beautiful, other times simply bizarre... I have seen a lot of body mod pictures. It's an interesting form of self-expression in the sense that it is pushing the limits of having a unique or unusual appearance. It makes me wonder what people's motivation for it might be, and also why humans feel the want to do it. The most "extreme" form I would consider having on myself is stretched earlobes and a tongue piercing.
