Hey everyone, I was thinking about buying a Sega Genesis console and some games for the summer. The problem is that I don't really know what games I should buy. I've been considering the following games: Sonic Classics Compilation (consists of Sonic 1 & 2, plus Dr.Robotnik's mean bean machine), Vectorman, Pac-Man 2 The New Adventures,  Golden Axe, Ecco the Dolphin, Dynamite Headdy, Pac-Attack, Super Street Fighter II, and Sonic Spinball. If you think there's any other games you would like to recommend or if there's a game on my list that you don't think is worth buying, please tell me. Thank you for your input.

Personally, I would just get an emulator for your PC and a controller. Fightsticks, such as the Tekken 6 Wireless Fightstick, would also be good with the various fighting games present on the Genesis, such as Mortal Kombat and Streets of Rage.

I would definitely say get the Sonic Classics Compilation, because the Sonic games are great (especially Sonic 2, in my opinion) and Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine is addictive.

Other games/series to think about:
Streets of Rage series
Golden Axe series
Super Street Fighter II (in your list)
Shinobi games (I really had fun playing these growing up, they're worth checking out)
Earthworm Jim games
