hackerman : that is why we do it... it all depends on how often people step down. If we have lots of turnover then we'll do more apps. If everyone stays on for 6 months then the only reason we would add staff would be to accommodate higher activity levels.

I just want to help out with Vizzed Board that's within my power, but I'm not going to push the subject. If I nail it. I'll do my best to be a great mod. If not. There's always next time. I'm not going to be immature if I didn't get it. It's pathetic. All I can do is wait and see what happens.

If you cared enough about the job to worry about failing at it, then I assume that means you care about the quality of your work, which is a very good trait, one which moderators SHOULD have.

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.

Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music.  This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees.  If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
