Possibly because you havn't read fully about it all. You should install a Virtual PC. Install WinXP on it. Don't install RPG maker or anything. Test your games on there.

To share files, you have to create a folder on your real desktop. Update virtual PCs parts (installs like a virtual network. From virtual PC, right mouse click on the folder option at the bottom of the screen. Click share folder. Select the folder on your real PC. Then ok and all that jazz. Put your games in there, then in your virtual PC it will be in my computer.

To move your mouse out of virtual PC, press the right alt button.

Yes, I have downloaded it. Your problem is with it not being non-RPG maker computer compatible.

Thats why I suggested you download a virtual PC so you can test things on it.
