I actually do not watch any of these on a regular basis. However, I'd have to say that, from my brief glimpses of them, Death Note would probably be the most interesting of the three for me to watch.

I have not seen Death Note, and I only saw two episodes of Bleach, but from what I saw I think FMA is far superior. It has its moments and is so heart-wrenching, cute, side-splitting, and beautiful at once. I love Edward Elric too (we're going to get married one day).

I would have to say Full Metal Alchemist. I have been watching that show for a very long time. (The original one) I got so into it, and I would always watch it every night it when it was on Cartoon Network. I would go to sleep at like...9 pm and set my alarm for like 2 am when it was on. I would actually sneak downstairs to watch it. It's such a great show, and I love it. Its so sad, and epic. A few of the episodes actually made me cry, even if I watched it over and over again, I would still cry

With out a doubt it would have to be Death note, here's why. It is extremely intense as well as sick, twisted, corrupt, and all around bat sh*t crazy.( that was a quote from something else...please don't ban me....) I would then say Full metal alchemist because it is pretty original and it stands out a lot omaong the anime community. As for bleach...meh, kinda too long for me makes me think of the time I st down and watched almost the entirety of Dragon ball z.

All three have different natures, Full Metal - Was was rather smart with the Alchemy and how it had been plotted out.. I found this a good Manga read..

With Deathnote I find both Kira and L the best 1 v 1, both smart, both have qualities.. (Very big Fan of L) had a very good Real scale movies also

But the over all winner for me would be Bleach as the characters are mixed, but have an equal.. By far the way they had played Gin had me go WOW.. The bleach movies had been rather good when you have time for them

I'm not much for ongoing anime series recently, so I'll have to say Death Note. I highly recommend it (to anyone), just so that you've experienced the series at least once. 

Personally, I've watched Bleach but not FMA so I don't wanna compare the two.

Death Note is a massive no for me. It just doesn't seem like something I could ever get into. I haven't seen hardly enough Full Metal Alchemist (albeit unintentional) to give any kind of opinion, except for my love of how Vic Mignogna portrays Edward Elric. Bleach I've watched the hell out of, and I'm probably not even half way through with it yet (after a long time, total, of watching it). But at the moment, by default, Bleach gets my vote. It's got decent action, the show isn't/wasn't/hasn't been terribly confusing, it's got some pretty humorous and otherwise enjoyable scenes. And it's Johnny Yong Bosch (Ichigo Kurosaki), too! So, definitely Bleach.

I watched Brotherhood from start to finish as well as a good portion of the original as well.  I never really got into Bleach or Death Note though....

I like how Death Note is based on psychological conflicts rather than the usual, and somewhat cliché, fights.
