If you want to host on WCIII you want to open port 6612 for UDP and TCP (port 6612 is default and can be changed in the Game Play settings of WCIII)

10.0.0.138 is the default address for a router.

Something that might help is:

2) Enter the address "10.0.0.138" (with out quotation marks)
3) Look for "NAPT", it may be located under a menu called "Advanced"
4) When on the NAPT page click NEW
5) Enter "6612" where it says port
6) Inside IP = Your IP
7) Leave outside IP blank
8) There should be a drop down menu, select either UDP or TCP, you have to do this process twice. Once of UDP and once for TCP, with same PORT and IP's.
