Cant be positive, but this is what I gather.

The site is only able to handle a certain number of connections at a time, and at the time, that number was reached. It's set in place to prevent server lag.

Whether it's because everything is on the server at once, or because of the previous attacks, I can't be overly sure, but the main thing to remember is the idea of a connection limit.

I've gotten it a few times, normally if you just wait for a few minutes and refresh the site will work again. It's not been happening too much lately though. I think most of it happens during the attacks.
