When the site started, trusted status was given to members who did a lot for the site, and gave Viz to david (back then it was harder I assume to earn viz)

However, once trusted status became something you earned with trusted points, the system exploded. Now virtually everyone is trusted, regardless of if they do a lot, or if they even are good members.

Trusted used to mean something.

Now it doesn't.
