DarthDub : It's completely legal, at the end of the day its just a SD card reader with a touch screen... practically a computer, and computers arnt illegal. What you do with it once purchased may be another story.

Ok wow thank you & Elara for sharing this, this is a very nice gadget, especially because it a way of playing all the games with emulation, but still being able to save game I imagine. I wont be buying it anytime soon, but I'd would say its a fair price.

For a cheaper alternative for the same thing (except that it has a smaller screen and a d-pad rather than an analog stick) is the Dingoo A320 (i got mine from ThinkGeek for $100) It does essentially the same thing, the only difference as far as gameplay I can tell right off is that the Dingoo doesn't do Commodore 64 games.. it does NES, SNES, GBA, CPS2, and NeoGeo... it can be modded to do Sega Genesis, Game Gear, and Game Boy (atleast mine is modded for those three).. I love mine, but I have to admit that if I didn't have the Dingoo A320 already I'd pick one of these up.
