The most likely problem is your graphics card. N64 games vary among users because people have different graphics cards. Ir yours is not good enough to support the graphics, then you'll encounter trouble while playing.

I didn't notice comments on the game's page from other users with a similar problem, so it's more likely that the graphics card IS the problem and it isn't something else. The only real solution is to find a computer with a better graphics card. Short of that all you can really do is try to play around it or try a different game.
