There's a few decent upcoming games this May so I thought id post them with a bit of info. Theres also one that I believe should be taken with caution...

Duke Nukem Forever
Who hasnt been waiting for this game? I've been waiting the best part of a decade. Players can expect the usual Duke Nukem gameplay (saving the world from aliens using an arsenal of destructive weapons and a bad-a** attitude) with a few new features such as vehicles to explore vast levels with countless amounts of interactivity such as eating food from vending machines, blowing holes in walls and glass etc... From what you can tell with previews and demo's, the game is very much set in Las Vegas, Nevada and surroundign areas. This should be one hell of a good game.. well it better be.



L.A. Noire
Set in 1947 post war, this is to be an action-packed detective game taking the best elements of the Godfather, GTA and Broken Sword series and turning them into one of the most anticipated games of the year (but lets face it, just about every Rockstar title is highly anticipated)



Beyond Good and Evil HD
Who remembers playing this title on the PS2 and Xbox? Those of you who do, how many of you ever wondered how awesome it would be to play it in HD? I know I did. For those of you who never played this game its about a young investigative reporter named Jade who is trying to expose a government's secret. Set in a world with many crazy alien inhabitants and wildlife, this game offers brilliantly modeled and textured levels which will be a whole lot better in HD.



Buyers Beware!... here’s a title that will definitely be a hit or miss.

Thor
When I first heard there would be a game to follow the movie I was quite looking forward to it, considering it was to be released AFTER the movie. Then I found out SEGA was making it... keeping in mind SEGA made the Iron man titles based around the movie's which we can all just about agree on... sucked. The only plus side to this game appears to be the graphics... Tread with caution, perhaps rent this one out before you buy.

looking forward to L.A. Noire and i never knew they were doing Beyond Good and Evil again i use to love that game any idea what console it's coming out on?

All of those look good. yes SEGA is making Thor, but Iron Man 2 was a good game for the fans at least I must say. I wouldn't say hit or miss, but sorry to say that might be the case, thus I am looking forward to the games stated above it mostly. There others as well that u haven't stated here though.

Theres a few more games that are coming out in may but I found them ones the most interesting.

Honestly, aside from DN-Forever, there isn't a game listed that I'm interested in, and I'm only mildly interested in DN then.

I'm mostly waiting till sept-november.

Only the Duke Nukem one interests me. Probably cause I used to play Duke Nukem 3-D all the time when I was younger with my Dad.

DarthDub : Honestly I wouldn't trust the developers when they say that it's coming out next month... because the developers aren't very trust worthy. That said, I heard that there are law suits developing because this game has been pushed back so long, so I dunno.

Also, L.A Noire should blow all of these titles away if Game Informer was telling me the truth. It's like CSI on crack (and set in old time L.A), and I can't wait to get it. It's using a completely new technology for video games, using screen capture similar to Avatar to animate the character's faces. It has around 2,200 pages of script, which is astonishing.

L.A Noire will either be amazing or average. I'm going to wait until about a month or two later to see what my friends thought. I rarely buy a game like L.A Noire unless I am sure of what I'm getting. But to me so far, it sounds like it will be Heavy Rain with free roaming GTA elements.
