You would need to be able to install the plug in, and the plug in is a .exe file, and I don't believe the PSP browser would be compatible with or capable of interfacing with a plug in that I'm unsure of whether or not it could even be installed. Also, I don't think the PSP browser has enough RAM allotted to it to be able to run most of the games on the site. It is possible to play retro games on your PSP if you have a way older, jail broken version that allows homebrew and the like, but I don't think it would be possible to play the Vizzed games in your PSP browser.
