It's a fun game with some humor mixed in,but it's not like a normal everyday rpg, instead of it taking place way back in the 1700s or so,it takes place in 1989. It can be a very hard game if you aren't good at rpgs and even if you are good at rpgs,but don't let this scare you if you plan on playing. Sure it's hard but there are harder games out there. Overall I rate it 8/10 because i think the graphics are pretty nice for the time and the storyline is very interesting and has pretty addictive game play once you start playing it. I really like how the main characters start to develope emotions and feeling for each other.Some of the enemies are pretty funny especially if you play the Japanese version.I hope many people agree with me especially Mother fans.
