She was only a glorified postbox, I was surprised she even got a death scene to begin with. Was more surprised when Moody died in the same scene.

there was no reason to kill headwig or dobby i say J.k Rowling needed an excuse so she killed every character so she wouldn't have to write again

You are a fading dream, but one that has been touched by reality. Run, dream. Run on into the daylight. And walk into reality.

The reason(s) Hedwig was killed in both the books and in the film was because Hedwig was a symbol of both innocence and Harry's one connection to the magical world when estranged from it at his Aunt and uncles. Since Harry was close to becoming a man, and would be leaving his Aunt/Uncle's place for the last time.

On a subjective level, I think my favourite film was the first one, with the original actor for Dumbledore. The reason that I am saying that is because, for me at least, the first film had a very magical feel to it, and stayed the closest to emulating the book on the big screen. I got the VHS tape in a shelf actually.

A Deathly Hallows strikes me similar to the Kill Bill series. In the Kill Bill series, most of the action is in the first part with much of the storyline and character development is in the second part. On the contrary, much of the storyline oriented aspects of the book has been covered in part one, and the main parts left for the second part is the Gringotts break-in, and the battle of Hogwarts. So what I'm thinking is that it is much more action oriented than part one.

Speaking of Deathly Hallows...one thing disappointed me about the DVD extra scenes. It included a scene I was looking forward to seeing: Dudley and Harry's final farewell (that we see anyways). It just didn't flow as well as it could have.
