Each of the guys draws a card, and whichever guy gets the card with the icon on it has something done to him. The papers say what will be done. Their English translation is pretty bad though. "Outwitted" means the guy will get a nose hair pulled...the others are pretty easy to understand though.

And in another episode, these guys (some of them are the same guys) have to listen to a TERRIBLE English lesson without laughing. I think all the contestants are fluent in English too, so it's pretty funny.
