Mine are pretty much always chapped it's very painful I have a habit of licking my lips whenever my lips are chapped and making it 10 times worse I hate it.

The solution is to drink more fluids. It's kind of difficult to form the habit of drinking lots of water, but it's possible.

Carry a reusable water bottle with you to school, and then you can refill it in the sink or water fountain without constantly paying for bottled water. When you're at home, try to keep a large glass of water near you.

(You can also drink flavored water or juice, but if it has too much sugar constantly drinking it is bad for you. So try to have plain water as much as possible.)

If I don't drink a lot of water they get chapped. So in order to combat that in the cold season, I always have a chapstick and a bottle of water in my bag. It worked well.
