Those are called layouts, right now you have to have 250 post and be trusted in order to make one. Once you have met the requirements you'll be able to go to Edit Profile & Settings and choose Edit Layout. It requires some knowledge of html.

Darkvoid : Next time make a new thread. You guess won't be able to use the image and url tags yet since you are still at the "Newbie" powerlevel. I'm pretty sure that you have to have 10 post and have been here a week before you go from Newbie to a regular Member.
