First of all, I can see it. If there was a problem with the coding then it either would not be visible to other users or it would be messing up the page. Neither of those are happening, so it must be something with you.

I believe you set it to "Disabled." Switch it to "Enabled" and see if that works. Also, check a few lines below that to see if you have any blocked layouts.
