Trouble Running Moebius

When I try to play Moebius the screen locks on

"You should see an Apple ][+ here.
You must press 'Reset' to start the game
Controls vary depending on game, since this is a computer based system, it may use any key but Shift, Ctrl, Enter/Return and Spacebar are the primary key"

It doesn't change. I am new to this site, so maybe I am doing something wrong, but I don't know what it is. Or maybe that is common for these games. I really enjoyed playing Moebius an amazing 26 years ago and thought it would be fun again. Any advice is much appreciated.

I've found a solution to this while running in Firefox - 3.6.16 (not sure if it will work in 4): if you you have 2 or more tabs open while the game window is open, close the browser with saving the 2 tabs (save and quit) then close the game window. When you reopen Firefox it will bring the game window back up along with the 2 tabs and it will then progress pass the blank screen.
