My favorite episode has always been "New Kids on the Blecch". In it, Bart, Milhouse, Ralph, and Nelson are chosen to be in a boy band and the songs have subliminal navy recruitment messages in them, the only one actually mentioned being "yvan eht nioj" (Join the navy backwards). "Simpsons Bible Stories" is another great one. The title explains it perfectly. The Simpsons all fall asleep in church and each one dreams of a different Bible story. Marge dreams that her and Homer are Adam and Eve, Homer dreams that he's King Solomon, Lisa dreams that Milhouse is Moses and the school kids are Hebrew slaves in Egypt and Bart dreams that he's David and he fights "Goliath II". The end is hilarious because

when they wake up, they go outside to find that the apocalypse is starting and they go to Hell (though Lisa starts to ascend to Heaven until Homer pulls her down).
Those are probably my 2 all time favorite episodes. Ever.

For me, it would have to be the one where Mr. Burns gets nine professional MLB players to represent the Nuclear Power Plant softball team, because he is afraid the nine players he has aren't good enough to win. Actually, most early Simpsons episodes involving Mr. Burns as the main character are classics.

It's hard to decide... All the episodes are Hilarious!

But I think my favorites are:

-That one in where Bart, Milhouse, Martin and Nelson travels thought USA with an Fake driving license...
-The one in Where Homer becomes Mr.X and starts to Say some Springfield News in the Internet, later he's Kidnapped and keep as a prisoner in an Isle.
-And that one in where they get stuck on Tokyo. (Specially when Homer changes the Channel in some kind of Factory claiming for watch Dragon Ball Z )

I love a lot of the episodes, but the first one to come to mind is the one where Sideshow Bob's brother Cecil comes and winds up being worse than Bob is. I just love the Frasier references. =P

I'm not a Simpsons expert, so I won't be telling you what the official name of the episode was that I saw, but I do remember the hardest I've laughed while watching the show.  There was something going an in the episode where homer had a swear jar. He was building a dog house in his back yard.  I guess he was almost broke from paying into the swear jar and he had to refrain from swearing no matter what happened.  He broke his thumb with an inaccurate swing of a hammer and said "oh, it's broken", his hand twitching in pain.  Next, he steps on a nail that goes through his foot and while his foot twitches in pain, he says "tweedileedee.. that will require a tetanus shot.  But, I'm not going to get angry... I'm just going to     KICK THIS DOG HOUSE DOWN!"   I'm sure I don't do the joke justice.
