I think Tsukune should choose Kurumu mainly cause she shows him more love than the other girls. Moka wants his blood, Yukari wants to be with Moka and Tsukune sexually at the same time, Mizore wants to have his babies, Ruby is too shy. Kurumu makes Tsukune cookies and food, lets him "puff-puff" her breasts and constantly shows her love only wanting him to love her back.
