It's easier to do than really explain. You either know how to or you don't.

What I do is I take the image and upload it to Vizzed, from there, all you need to do is look for the old image url, and replace it with the url of the new picture.

The problem however is sometimes the image won't fit, so it's usually best to have someone help you when it comes to the new picture. The URL is close to the beginning of the layout, and you will see the https://www.vizzed.com/imageurlnumberhere
