FF crashed while I was trying to load Pokemon: Ash Gray now I keep getting the error C:Users*****AppDataLocalLowVizzedRgrRomsPokemon-AshGray2.5z.zip

What do I do? I've tried restarting FF, and repairing the plug in. What else can I do now?
