I have never had it hacked and I hope that it never happens. It probably won't happen because I've made it virtually impossible to hack. And if somebody does hack it, they wouldn't be able to do anything on it. There are lots of programs out there that can prevent a hack. I recommend that you have one just in case.

My Gmail was hacked once...it wasn't so bad, but I hope it doesn't happen again. I got an email saying there was suspicious activity on my gmail account somewhere in China and Germany lol.

I haven't had my email hacked before. I think "hacking" is a misnomer. Most of the time it isn't even hacking. It's just someone logging on at a public computer and not logging off. Or using the same password at a fishy site that you use for the email. It's really more about responsibility than hacking.

My personal Gmail was attempted to be hack 1-2 years ago from China.  When I found that out, I added 2-step verification and haven't had any attempts since.
I also had someone on the other side of the country try to hack my Online Security Keeper (Facebook) Gmail account about a few months ago, when it was less than 6 months old.  I added 2-step verification to that one after it happened as well.
So, basically, all of my accounts, were attempted.
