Money is a fantastic medium to do a lot of things... put money aside and invest it for myself and to people especially family as a bequest, buy my family members and I better transportation and housing, donate to organizations (Khan Academy, Mises Institute, Vizzed, Seasteading Institute...), help the global poor by financing improvements to a farmers productivity (for example in India) among other other things, and so forth.
