To obtain hm dive, you travel to the city below mt. Pyre, after beating the task there. You continue to the left woods portal and make your way to the cabin (far left). Inside you will find ash and he will give you hm dive. You then go back to the town and beat
the gym so you can use hm dive. If you don't know where mt.pyre is, it is in the area where the safari zone is. Head south from the safari zone and you will find the town I'm s
