Personally, I like NFS:MW more, due to the cop chases.
But NFS:U2 is better with beter game modes (drift.. thats all i can think of at the moment ), and more customizations to cars.

I seen someone on the internet ask, can you get neons in your car in most wanted. Some1 replied, why would you, its day time...

And from what i have hear from many sources... Mostly neo.. MW sounds like its boring unless theres a cop chase, and the music is so horrid that you make your best effort to avoide chases.
