I am Psychognosis. Psycho means insane or sanity-challenged. Gnosis means the spiritual knowledge of a saint. So, I am a sanity-challenged saint. According to my friends, the name fits. Go figure. I do admit the saintly part rarely applies. The same friends think I am evil more often.

I am 43 years old. I have been a hard-core PC gamer for a long time. I have had a Commodore 64 many years ago. I more recently got a PS2. Now, I am trying to decide between a Xbox 360 or a PS3. I will probably go with the one with the most RPGs. Decisions, decisions.

I do play World of Warcraft. I am working on my 4th level 85. I am usually Horde because on my server the Alliance side is mostly made up of whiny little kids.

I suppose that is enough for now. I will be posting more later.

Psychognosis : Yes, hard decicions it is. Personally I like the X-box 360's concept better. Their disadvantage is though that they can sound awful and easily gets too warm when playing longer on them, wich with time can result in "ring of death" and you must leave it for repair. Concerning PS3 I do not know more about them than that I never liked their small little tiny and uncomfortable controls that they stubbornly stick with. The best thing would be a playstation with an X-box-control. Hope you find/found your way

why not buy a Wii and fill it with retro games from the Virtual Console like i did

Hmmm... the WII. I would play the retro things. The whole getting up and playing the WII titles.. Probably not. I am lazy. I think in many ways the WII is an exercise device in disguise. Oh well, if the WII actually had more hard-core rpgs available, I would consider it.
