Well if you're talking about the rom thingy, I have VBA. and you need the version of 1.1 to be able to get into the Grand Kai's building. 

Just have to download that version. Hope this helps!

The non-working games in the RGR are still there because they previously worked, but a bug was discovered in a certain part of the game from those who played it to where it was a common bug for people. As such, it may be a bug with the RGR Plugin, in which case, it may be resolved when the next update of the plugin is released. If not, the game will eventually be replaced with a working ROM.
