I do wanna play the games here, but since I can't save them normally, I must load the save state. Only problem is: It says that the loading of the save state fails. Is this normal because I got a lame laptop, or does this apply to all of the gamers on this website?

In a nutshell it seems to be an internet connection issue -- FF6 does upload the save to Vizzed's server (as all SNES games will), however, I'm not sure exactly what you are encountering on your laptop, so for now, what I can think of is: when you save the state does it read at the bottom of the game save state upload complete before you close it?

It needs to read "save state upload complete" before you close the game in order for it to read "save state download complete".
