To be honest, I never really used the 3D setting. I don't want to hurt my eyes, and the game can look weird if you move it while playing. When I do use it, it is usually all right, but that could be due to the fact that I only have it on for a minute or two, before it even has a chance of damaging my eyes. So, technically the answer is no, but me not playing with it on or only having it on for a short while may be why the answer is what it is. Just my two cents to add here.

It doesn't affect me at all  any more. It only hurt for the first few days I used it. There aren't even many good games in 3d that I didn't play yet. Nintendo release a new system and still releases games for the old one. Its a shame that they didn't use a great system to its limit.

Well it doesn't hurt,it just makes me a bit dizzy and shaky.The 3D inst even comfortable.But I don't even use it cause it scares me a bit.Its like the virtual boy or that Pokémon episode where porygon gives seizures to kids in Japan(it was really Pikachu's thunderbolt!!).

I personally have problems with my eyesight regardless of using the 3D function, but when I do use it I cant use it for long. It hurts my eyes and I get dizzy after it. But I switch from using it and not using it and I only use it if I really want to see the 3D awesomeness when i play kingdom hearts.

The 3d does NO harm to my eyes!!! But I guess thats cause I'm already used to 3d!!!! I love 3ds's games my favorite game for the actual 3d part of it  is paper mario sticker star!!!!!

I don't have any problems with the 3D but I know some people do. If you can, go try it out at a store before you buy it. If you do that, make sure you are holding it right because if it isn't held right, the 3D will look terrible and you will probably get a headache.www.buygw2golds.com

I actually don't own a 3DS however I have played them in stores. It seems fine for the first few minutes, but after a while it just feels like I'm watching a 3D movie, which I guess is what its supposed to be like. But yes, it hurts my eyes, because they are very sensitive, and it also doesn't help that my eye sight isn't that good :

Wow. I don't see what is the commotion about everybody being disoriented with the 3ds. It is perfect for me. Doesn't mess with my eyes a bit. Playing without the 3ds isn't a waste and some people have gotten it just because of the games coming out for it.

Well, not really as I can't see it.. I have good eyesight and can see 3D movies, but on every 3DS I've tried, including my own, I've failed to be able to see the 3D. But yeah, if I leave the 3D on it annoys me, but it doesn't hurt.
