Alakazam is obtained by catching an Abra and evolving it into Kadabra at level 20, and then into Alakazam at level 40.

Milotic is obtained by maxing out the "beauty" level on a Feebas. Doesn't matter what level.

Meganium is obtained by catching a Chikorita and evolving it into Baleef at either level 14, 16, or 18 (don't remember what level..). And then evolving Baleef into Meganium at level 36.


Hope this helps a little.

I think you can find Abra in Granite cave in Dewford and Chikorita on route 119. or was that Bulbasaur?
