You can change the profile pic by going to edit profile and settings and at user pic you can upload a picture from your files. Changing your username has to be permitted by Davideo7, so PM him to change your name.

How long ago did you message the mods? I checked the Local Mod Inbox and didn't find anything recent.

pacman1755 covered the basics. Just make sure your picture is under 100kB. If it's more, then it just won't work. Typically, users aren't allowed to change their name unless there is a good reason for it. Since you're a newbie on the Board, there's a slightly higher chance of getting a change, but there's still not much chance.

It might be tempting to just make a new account, but it's against the rules and you can get banned for it. It's better if you don't try it.

He's a newbie and with the new system, he can't change his user pic himself. All you have to do is to become a normal member, then you'll be able to change it (note: After you've been a member for at least 7 days and have 10 or more posts, you become a Normal member).

As for the name change, only David has access to these "files", I can't do anything sorry

If I were you I would send a PM to David on April (I think he'll have some more free time then), and I would ask him to change the name. Probably you'll have to wait a few days, but he'll do it, when he has free time.
