You just have too wait for awhile too load some games take longer then others but it should load after awhile.

When a game is loading for the first time, there should be a load percentage at the bottom of the game screen (part of the border). As the percentage increases, a blue bar will also increase. Did you ever see either of these two things?

No i did not see any percentage or loading bar when i started the game. It only showed like a 2/3 of the square white and the 1/3 left was black

What browser are you using? Gauntlet Legends works fine for me, I'm using firefox on an XP, it's most likely your graphics card isn't compatible with that game specifically. It could also be that you didn't download the game properly your first time playing it, you can try the solution here and see if that helps at all.
