Because if they don't get the original voice actors from the game, That would be the final middle finger sign from square to me.

It'd have so much material they could invent for it, as long as they kept true to the voice actors and storylines, I'd like it. Getting all the voice actors for each disney movie again might be somewhat difficult, but i doubt that'd be a problem. Not like anybody cares if they didn't get the voice acting right for one of the monkeys from Tarzan or something.

I think it would be really cool if they made a show. I think that they would be able to elaborate a little bit farther into the storyline, and maybe even introduce a few new characters. If anything at all it would be an interesting experiment with the storyline.

I think that would be pretty cool. But only if the main characters got to keep their voice actors. Plus if they made an anime, they might be able to put Vincent Valentine in it like they'd planned to do with the games. Yeah I think they would have a hard time with some voice actors since Mickey's voice actor is dead and all, but still it would be awesome.

i always enjoy watching fan animes on newgrounds and i imagine alot what it would be like if kingdom hearts was an anime i even make up episodes in my head

all I can say is I would watch it because I'm curious as to what extra stuff they would come up with for story, that and I didn't get alot of the organization 13 (was it?) stuff. Lol maybe they coordinate with the game developers (obviously)?

I would prefer an American cartoon not an anime to be honest. I would love for Disney to go all out and craft a great action adventure cartoon with Kingdom hearts.

I would also watch it out of shear curiosity. I have heard people talk about ideas for an Kingdom Hearts anime show that takes place after Kingdom Hearts II. That sounds stupid to me and would make it very easy to just kill the whole thing. If they did make a show, they should definitely make is from the video game storyline. It could be pretty awesome if that happened. But if it doesn't say 'amazing to me' within around 5 episodes, I would probably stop watching just so it doesn't ruin anything for me unless a trusted friend agreed the beginning sucked but was worth it afterward.

Kingdom hearts is a really AWESOME game! I think it would be an AWESOME show as well if they made that anime!

Only thing I would be concerned with is if all the drawings were done in anime style. It might be a little weird seeing our old school Disney characters in anime style drawings. Actually, think about this one. Winnie the Pooh in anime style drawings! It makes me chuckle when I think about it.

I don't think it would work as a show. Going to all the Disney worlds and with all the Disney characters wouldn't make for a good show, in my opinion. I guess if they did only the newer unrelated to Disney stuff, they could pull it off, but then it just wouldn't be pure Kingdom Hearts like the original.

Because the storyline was obviously intended for a game and not as a show, I'm not positive it would work as an anime. I have a feeling it would be nothing more than a poorly-executed spinoff...

I pretty much agree with that statement, which is exactly why I would watch out of curiosity, but with caution. Last thing I would want to have happen is to have a bad television show in my head when I replay the games

I think that the idea and concept of the videogame could transfer to a television show. They would have numerous episodes for each world they go to. legacyme3 points out the premise is to 'go to each world, battling heartless, and to solve problems, lock keyholes, open gates, etc.' Honestly, a lot of adventure based cartoons that have episodes in a sequence follow that format. In the episodes, they would be solving a problem or have a problem that lasts a few episodes. Some episodes aren't necessarily an essential part of the main story, but often bits of the episodes come up later. Some episodes are landmark episodes that have to be watched to understand later events. It wouldn't be like every episode is a new world and the keyhole is sealed at the end. So, again, I think the concept would transfer because a lot of shows do follow the format. They would just have to add a LOT to make multiple episodes for each world. I just don't think it would be liked by most fans of the game. But I could see it working for those who just happen to watch it on TV having never played the game. I, one who loved the game, would probably not like all the extra stuff they have to add to make many episodes. Although, one thing I could see happening is a show that has very few episodes, but each episode is an hour long. There are very few examples of cartoons that did this, but it does happen once in a while. That format could work better for Kingdom Hearts because they wouldn't have to add so many extra events to make many episodes. They can make long episodes in little numbers to stay true to the game plot in a format that would work. But again, it would probably still ruin it for me a little.
