Why's he saying that? Did he find worms when he had mr noodles? It's probably made up, however, i doubt his intentions could've been bad. He probably, as warmaker said, just wanted to get you away from the food without sounding lame. So instead, he said something to scare you away from them. That's probably all it is, but you should ask him to explain what he said for you anyways.
