Well, unless your reaching a huge milestone like 2,000 or 3,000 posts I would suggest posting anything about post count in Your Forum under the Post Count Brag Thread. You can also brag about high syndrome you might have reached in the Syndrome Brag Thread which is also in Your Forum. Hope this helps!

It depends on what you're bragging about. Typically, it would go in Your Forum - Post about Yourself. The staff decided that there were way too many brag threads being made, so they set certain limits.

You can't make threads to brag about reaching a syndrome any more. Syndrome bragging can only be posted in this thread:
