I have several favorite fish for different reasons.
1) Goldeen because it's beauty, grace, and it being a classic
2) Sharpedo because it's got good attack, it's fairly fast, and it's got the rough skin ability.
3) Kingdra just because on average, it's an all round pokemon
4) Milotic because it's the MOST beautiful fish pokemon and has good both Special Attack and Special Defense
5) Gyarados because it's one of the biggest tanks in the pokemon world (or at least that's non legendary).
