I have a dell and f2 turns off my antenna. So I can't save my game properly. When I save it with start the game just starts over, for example after the elite 4 in pokemon. Is there any way to save it properly. Thanks.

Saving in game works fine for most games, there's no good way to get past the elite four anyways. I have a dell, and it works fine. What do you mean antenna, do you mean your wi fi? There must be some shortcut somewhere that you can change to stop f2 from doing that, check through your system settings for keyboard shortcuts and change or deactivate that.

Assuming you're using a Laptop, try pressing the key labeled "fn" right before you press F2 to save. I looked around online and I think that could be the problem.

On most laptops the F1/F2/F3... keys each have a second use that can be accessed by pressing the "fn" key before pressing the button. From what I found, Dell reversed that system so that the second use (in this case, deactivating wireless access) is the default for each key. Pressing the "fn" key should tell the computer that you want to use the "F2" key rather than the second use on that key.

I hope this helps you.

thanks for the replies. I found out how to save it. I'm supposed to hold Fn THEN press f2. Thanks anyway.
