Welcome! That's strange. What game is it? Sometimes the system requirements are not met and so some games are not able to be played on older computers (usually with N64 games). Hope that helped~

For some reason it started working today. I used IE to play on it yesterday and it worked there so it might have added it as a trusted site or something. I don't know why it didn't work or why its fixed but I'm good now.
