Haha! Wow. 3.1, huh? That brings back memories. I can remember the how pixelated the icons were. It's funny that someone would want to download an OS that old. I did a quick search and came up with a couple links fairly fast. I was a little surprised to see that it's still available after all this time. Here ya go:
