Have you ever used Hydrolyed protein?

Is it any good?

is it the best way of pumping pure protein into the blood?

I would love to try it.

I eat eggs, chicken and almonds already, but wish to top up on my aminos and get them into my blood where it will help with healing and growth of healthy tissue.

Is this the correct way of thinking

Totts : No.

The product won't help you if you already have a steady intake of proteins. I would suggest keep up with the non-chemicals like chicken, eggs, almonds, and so on. Add some peanut butter in there. You don't need the extra calories in the proteins provided by any type of powder or drink unless you're looking to put on 30 lbs of muscle.

As for healing and recovering from exercise, just intake what you do in normal life without the expensive stuff. Drink water, ice when you're really sore, and rest and your body will recover.

Amazingly, humanity did fine before all these products came out for sale. I think they're bunk and I never use them and I'm in top shape.
