Blue is cool in the way you see him threw out most the game and get to see his rise and fall

And Cynthia is just plain cool
Other then that alder was pretty cool i liked how he had 3 bug types (bug is my favorite type) honestly Wallace was forgettable as hell and lance is way overrated

blue was totally easy. lance was freakin hard and i enjoyed battling him. cynthia is a genous and is super hard to beat.  steven is good. but the best are lance of johto, cynthia of sinnoh. and red of kanto. red was hard but i hated that they used his wrong team. his real team was snorlax, aerodactyl, pikachu, venasaur, poliwrath, gyrados, and espeon. (he switched espeon and gyrados every once in a while)

Alder was way too weak, Lance had nothing but dragons, Cynthia was fun but not really my style, Steven was fun for beginners, Wallace could never replace him too much water for me. So good old Gary/Blue is my favorite.

   The best Pokémon Champion has to be Blue. He has a great variety of Pokémon such as Arcanine, Alakazam, and Sandslash. Also, his Pokémon were all at least in the high 50's of level and some in the low 60's such as his Blastoise, Charizard, or Venasaur. Blue is also your rival so you see how he progresses through the game and you can adapt to which Pokémon he uses. Lance is too weak in the GSC generation but he is still cool as well. 
   The best overall Champion is when you face Red in Gold,Sliver, and Crystal. All of his Pokémon are in the mid to upper 70s except for his Pikachu which is level 81. So, this tells you that the first two Kanto trainers are obviously the best that the game of Pokémon has every seen.

Cynthia for sure she got like really good Pokémon's like togekiss and garchomp and lucario. But she gots too a groudon and rayquaza in the anime and on card. Even her togekiss got a move where u can heal 4 damage counters from it and her garchomp is like level X so shes the best
