Can anyone recommend a program for making animated GIFs? The one I have a;ways adds a black background even if I save the individual images as transparent. It also can only reduce file size by shrinking the picture. I was planning for my User Pic to be almost twice the size that it is now, but I had to shrink it and take out more than half of the frames just to fit the parameters.

I think it's really easy to use and I use it for any type of GIF with each layer being a different frame.

It did the transparency perfectly. Do you know how to reduce file size without shrinking it? When I shrunk the picture, it killed the quality. This program was worse than most others. The pixels looked very jumbled.
