As a child I suffered terribly from issues about my appearance and weight. I was a cheer leader as high school (please keep your comments to yourself) and there were extremely strict restrictions put on us. There was no way any of us could put on a pound.

Some of us suffered from bulimina and it was a terrible thing, I used to suffer a bit from this too, I confess this so that others too make speak out about their shame and suffering.

I know that this is not an easy topic and many people are in denial, but I will not judge you, this is a place where we can support each other and help us, for at Vizzes noone judges you on your appearance and you can therefore be the person you want to be.

I am sorry to hear about your struggle Totts. I hope you are not having problems with it anymore, eating disorder is a terrible illness.

I am concerned with my weight and eating habits, but mostly for health reasons. I am not obsessed with it, nor do I have self esteem issues, anxiety about my weight or eating habits, a "fear" of food, or anything along those lines. I like to eat a lot of healthy food because it makes me feel good and helps me stay fit.
