I know that this thread has probably been made like a million times but im a newbie so im gonna make it again. whenever i open a hacked pokemon game, an error message comes up saying the the "1M sub-circuit board is not installed", any advice as to fix this problem?

That refers to saving within the game, there is nothing that you can do to fix it. If you have the RGR plugin, just skip that by pressing the key for the A-button, then save with F2/load with F4.
